Tele‑Sales Agent

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking a proactive Tele‑Sales Agent to generate and qualify leads, promote our construction products and services, and convert prospects into customers through telephone‑based sales activities. The role involves cold‑calling, lead generation, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by phone to promote and sell products and services.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads from various sources.
• Deliver prepared sales pitches, explain pricing, offers and product details.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects through effective sales calls.
• Collect and accurately record customer information in the company system.
• Handle customer questions, resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide feedback on products, services and market trends.
• Support the line manager with departmental tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum high school certification; diploma and relevant experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork ethic and customer‑focused approach.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, call centre or sales.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
