Trainer VII – Food Safety & QHSE

About the role

FAHSS & TÜV Middle East is seeking a motivated Trainer VII to deliver public and in‑house training on Food Safety, QHSE and related standards. Reporting to the Section Head – Training Services, you will support clients across the Middle East by designing and delivering high‑quality courses that meet local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver complex management‑system training programmes in Food Safety and QHSE.
• Create course and workshop materials aligned with international standards, client specifications and regulatory guidelines.
• Assess trainee performance through pre‑ and post‑course assignments and ensure certification requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation to demonstrate compliance.
• Provide technical expertise to sales teams and support junior trainers.
• Ensure training activities are scheduled and delivered on time.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Veterinary, Engineering, HSE, Science or related field.
• IRCA, HABC, Train‑The‑Trainer and Level 4 Food Safety/HACCP certifications.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000 certification knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant training experience (or 8 years with a diploma).
• Previous experience in recognized training organisations is an advantage.
