Trainer VII – Food Safety & QHSE

About the role

FAHSS & TÜV Middle East is seeking a motivated Trainer VII to deliver public and in‑house training on Food Safety, QHSE and related standards. Reporting to the Section Head – Training Services, you will support clients across Bahrain by ensuring training aligns with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training courses and workshops on Food Safety, QHSE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000.
• Prepare training materials in line with international guidelines and specific client requirements.
• Assess trainee performance through pre‑ and post‑course assignments and manage certification scoring.
• Maintain accurate training records to demonstrate compliance with standards and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise to the sales team and support junior trainers.
• Ensure training activities are planned and delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in microbiology, veterinary science, engineering, HSE, or a related field.
• IRCA, HABC, Train‑the‑Trainer and Level 4 Food Safety/HACCP certifications.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22000 certification knowledge.
• Pre‑qualification as a trainer from the municipality.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a degree (or 8 years with a diploma) in a training or certification environment.
