Treasury Risk Finance Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Risk Finance Project Manager to lead and coordinate treasury, risk, and finance projects for a leading banking client in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering results across multiple finance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage road‑maps, governance frameworks, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee budget, resource allocation, and financial tracking for each project.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout project execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams working on Asset Liability Management (ALM), Deal Tracker, Treasury, and Quantum systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of project management experience within treasury, risk, or finance functions.
• Proven ability to handle governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in budgeting, resource management, and risk/issue management.
• Background in banking or financial services is preferred.
