Used Car Sales Executive

About the role

First Motors is looking for a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join its expanding automotive division in Bahrain. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales of our used vehicle inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor, assess their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives and negotiate sale prices and trade‑in values.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and manage all sales documentation and coordinate with the finance department for approvals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of used inventory, market trends and competitor offerings.
• Keep the vehicle display area clean, attractive and well‑maintained.
• Follow up with prospective clients and keep an updated customer database.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the used‑car or automotive sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of various car makes, models and their features.
