Used Car Sales Executive

About the role

First Motors, a growing automotive retailer in Bahrain, is looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join its sales team. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on a dynamic showroom floor, interact directly with customers and contribute to the company’s expansion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor, identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate used‑car features, arrange and conduct test drives.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate sale prices and trade‑in values, ensuring transparent agreements.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation and coordinate with finance for approvals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed on inventory, market trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintain a clean, attractive vehicle display area.
• Follow up with prospects and keep an up‑to‑date customer database.
