Warranty Supervisor – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warranty Supervisor to lead our automotive warranty claims department. In this position you will act as the liaison between customers, technical teams and manufacturers, ensuring claims are processed accurately, on time and in a way that protects the company’s bottom line while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor warranty administrators, guiding them on complex claims and meeting monthly processing targets.
• Review and audit warranty claims for accuracy, technical documentation and compliance with manufacturer policies.
• Track aged claims and coordinate with accounting to secure and reconcile all credits.
• Serve as primary contact for manufacturers and third‑party providers on claim disputes and policy updates.
• Identify patterns in equipment failure or claim denials and develop strategies to reduce warranty costs.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure repair orders are documented correctly the first time.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in warranty administration, service writing or claims management within the automotive sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot missing information such as serial numbers.
• Excellent negotiation skills, balancing firmness with vendors and empathy with customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/CRM software and claim submission portals.
