Business Development Intern

About the role

PremierQ is seeking a Business Development Intern to support its growth initiatives in the play and leisure construction sector across the GCC. This full‑time, on‑site position in Al‑Hidd offers hands‑on experience in lead generation, prospect outreach and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on sports and recreational projects in the GCC.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals and sales materials.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to understand client needs.
• Assist with customer service activities and coordinate meetings and site visits.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret market and business data.
• Effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfort presenting to high‑profile clients.
• Familiarity with AI tools for sales and CRM platforms.
• Interest in lead generation and pipeline management.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field (current student or recent graduate).
• Proficiency with productivity suites such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work on‑site in Al‑Hidd and collaborate in a diverse team.
