About the role
Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive software sales for its Convene solution across the Bahrain market, targeting Saudi and Bahraini nationals. The role is based in Bahrain and involves frequent travel throughout the GCC region.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase Convene’s value to potential clients.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via targeted outreach, networking, and other lead‑generation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Travel within the Middle East as required for client and partner meetings.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT software sales within the assigned region.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience selling software to BFSI, government, listed companies, and large enterprises.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience with C‑suite audiences.
- Strong academic record (minimum 70% throughout).
- Ready to join within 1‑2 months and willing to travel across the GCC.
