Aluminium Services Sales Manager

About the role

Fives Services Gulf is looking for an Aluminium Services Sales Manager to lead commercial execution of aluminium services, modernization projects and spare parts across the Gulf region. The role will align sales activities with the Aluminium Division strategy and drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement operating frameworks, processes and procedures for services, modernization projects, estimation and spare parts in line with group and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute commercial plans for services, repairables, modernization projects and spare parts, supporting regional objectives.
• Oversee implementation of regional sales policies, set profitability targets and ensure sustainable revenue generation.
• Contribute to regional marketing and business development plans to support division growth priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, schedule regular meetings and identify new business opportunities in the aluminium sector.
• Maintain a client and market database, provide market analysis and feedback to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial execution for aluminium services or related industrial sectors.
• Strong ability to develop and manage sales strategies, budgets and profitability targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with key customers and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to assess market conditions and propose growth initiatives.
