About the role
Yokogawa is seeking a dynamic Lead Sales Engineer to drive growth for its Material Business Unit across Morocco and French‑speaking countries in Africa. You will be responsible for expanding the installed base, acquiring new customers, and delivering profitable sales in sectors such as mining, chemicals, iron & steel, pulp & paper, and cement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow Yokogawa’s business in the AF4 region, meeting order‑intake, sales turnover, and profit targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, end‑users, and channel partners.
- Identify market opportunities, create sales strategies, and lead proposal development with internal technical, legal, and finance teams.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and update opportunities daily in CRM/Salesforce.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, reports, and information packages for customers and partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial automation, process control, or technical sales.
- Proven track record of business growth in industrial sectors.
- Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written).
