Guest Experience Ambassador (Pool & Beach)

About the role

The Guest Experience Ambassador (Pool & Beach) creates memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain. Working primarily in the pool and beach areas, you will be the face of our luxury service, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of guest services, from check‑in assistance to local area recommendations.
• Process operational needs, respond promptly to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool and beach environment.
• Assist guests with luggage, pool equipment, and other items weighing up to 10 lb.
• Uphold confidentiality, company policies, and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and the Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards.
