Part-Time Cashier & Games Associate

About the role

FUNSCAPE is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join the team as Part‑Time Cashier & Games Associates. You will manage front‑desk cash transactions while also operating arcade games and attractions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide excellent customer service, and answer inquiries about pricing, promotions, and events.
• Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle cash‑register and POS system operations.
• Sell and reload game cards, tickets, and related products; balance cash drawers and perform shift‑end reconciliation.
• Operate arcade games and attractions safely, assist guests, and keep equipment clean and functional.
• Promote games, packages, and special offers; support birthday parties, school visits, and other events.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and follow all health & safety policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cashiering, retail, hospitality, or entertainment is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Friendly, energetic, and comfortable working with children and families.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
