Accounting and Tax Associate

About the role

The Associate plays a crucial role in managing financial matters for our firm, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns for clients, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
• Produce financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets and other periodic reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit engagements.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure they meet legal standards.
• Develop budgets and provide budgeting advice to clients.
• Manage and safeguard client financial data, respecting confidentiality requirements.
• Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and VAT filings.
• Analyze financial information to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong passion for accounting and finance.
• Excellent written English and Arabic.
• Highly creative, autonomous and detail‑oriented.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proficiency with accounting software.
