About the role

The Auto Finance Coordinator is responsible for processing customer requests for internal financing options and securing external financing from banks for vehicle purchases. This role requires strong financial knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer requests for internal financing, review credit applications, and verify customer information.
• Explain financing options, terms, and conditions to customers, ensuring clear understanding.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate financing information.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure vehicle purchase financing.
• Prepare complete and accurate loan application documentation.
• Negotiate loan terms and interest rates with banks on behalf of customers.
• Stay updated on lending rates, loan programs, and automotive financing trends.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
• Coordinate with sales administration to monitor compliance and prepare weekly financing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting within the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations related to automotive financing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
