Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development & Employee Relations Manager (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

This part‑time remote position combines three core HR functions: compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations. You will work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure fair pay, attractive benefits, effective training, and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and regularly review compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Administer employee benefits programs and support job‑evaluation processes.
• Develop, coordinate and evaluate learning and development initiatives, including training programs, performance‑improvement activities and career‑development support.
• Handle employee‑relations matters such as policy interpretation, conflict resolution, coaching and engagement initiatives.
• Prepare analytical reports and recommendations to guide data‑informed HR decisions.
• Collaborate regularly with HR, finance and business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in job evaluation, compensation management and benefits administration.
• Background in learning & development, including design, facilitation and evaluation of training programs.
• Strong employee‑relations capabilities, including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
• Proficiency with HRIS and data‑analysis tools for reporting and decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
