Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development & Employee Relations Manager (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

BET-AZ CONCEPT is seeking a versatile HR professional to lead Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations on a part‑time, remote basis. You will design and maintain competitive pay structures, create engaging learning programs, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and develop compensation structures that ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Analyze compensation data, advise on salary ranges, and manage salary review cycles.
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, vendor coordination, and employee communications.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver learning and development initiatives, supporting performance management processes.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, resolve employee conflicts, and promote an inclusive work environment.
• Collaborate with leadership and HR stakeholders to align programs with organizational strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in compensation management, benefits administration, learning & development, and employee relations.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience handling HR data and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HR concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining confidentiality.
