Compensation, Benefits & Learning Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile HR leader to own compensation, benefits, learning & development, and employee relations for TA Embedded. This full‑time remote position will shape fair pay structures, design engaging development programs, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain and regularly review compensation structures and job evaluation frameworks.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure they align with wellbeing goals.
• Create, launch and evaluate learning and development initiatives, including training paths and performance support materials.
• Manage employee relations issues, provide coaching, and support conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Analyse HR data and generate reports to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in job evaluation, compensation design and benefits administration.
• Background in developing learning and development programs.
• Solid track record handling employee relations and fostering inclusive environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
