Compensation, Learning & Development & Employee Relations Manager

About the role

This full-time remote position combines compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations responsibilities. You will design competitive pay structures, create engaging development programs, and support a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain compensation structures and job evaluation processes.
• Administer benefits programs ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.
• Develop and deliver learning initiatives, leadership training and career progression frameworks.
• Manage employee relations matters, provide guidance to managers and resolve conflicts.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate HR programs consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compensation management, benefits administration and learning & development.
• Strong employee‑relations skills with ability to apply HR policies and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting using HRIS or similar systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work remotely with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
