Corporate Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist to lead treasury operations across the Group, based in Bahrain. The role will focus on cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and risk mitigation to support the company’s financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term cash flow projections for the Group.
• Monitor daily cash balances across all entities and ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Optimize cash utilization, surplus balances and banking structures to improve returns.
• Manage day‑to‑day treasury activities, including fund transfers, wire payments and investment transactions.
• Maintain relationships with banks, negotiate terms and service arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies and internal controls.
• Identify liquidity exposures and implement funding measures.
• Monitor foreign‑exchange exposures and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Develop risk‑management approaches for interest‑rate, FX and commodity exposures.
• Collaborate with senior management on investment strategies and assess surplus‑cash opportunities.
• Design SPV structures for fundraising in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic treasury reports and provide actionable financial insights.
• Lead, coach and develop the treasury team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial markets, banking products and risk management.
• Professional certifications such as CTP or CFA are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with treasury management systems.
• Experience using financial software tools.
