Counter Staff – Customer Service & POS Role

About the role

The Counter Staff member will serve as the front‑line point of contact for customers, handling orders, payments and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This position operates in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment within a leading food catering company.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and process billing through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining service quality standards.
• Ensure food items are displayed and replenished appropriately.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and delivery.

Required profile

• Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or equivalent qualification.
• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and good behaviour.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in food service, restaurants, cafés or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.
