Delivery Manager / Supervisor

About the role

We are a customer‑focused delivery company seeking an organized and responsible Delivery Manager / Supervisor to lead our daily delivery operations. You will ensure that shipments reach customers on time, accurately, and with the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery operations, guaranteeing timely and accurate deliveries.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate drivers and delivery staff.
• Plan delivery schedules, routes, and daily assignments.
• Monitor delivery status, resolve delays, and address customer issues.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouse, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure orders are correctly checked, prepared, and dispatched.
• Monitor driver performance, vehicle conditions, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and produce daily reports.
• Track delivery performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, transportation, or operations.
• Supervisory or team‑management experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliveries.
• Basic computer and delivery‑management system proficiency.
• Good customer‑service and coordination skills.
• Fluent command of English.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
