Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are a growing company focused on efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and reliable logistics. We are seeking an organized and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead, train, and coordinate warehouse staff.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure goods are properly received, stored, labeled, and handled.
• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with suppliers and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate stock records and daily warehouse reports.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or supervision.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer and WMS knowledge.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Physical fitness to work in a warehouse environment.
