Demand Planner / Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Demand Planner / Supply Planner to drive accurate forecasting, balance supply and demand, and optimise inventory across our supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales, market trends, promotions and business forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances and adjust plans to meet changing business needs.
• Create supply plans that align with production capacity, procurement schedules, inventory targets and distribution requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, sales, marketing, finance and inventory control to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
• Track inventory performance, safety stock, replenishment cycles and order‑fulfilment metrics to minimise shortages and excess stock.
• Maintain planning data in ERP, APS, MRP and other supply‑chain planning systems, ensuring master data and parameters are up‑to‑date.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations on forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels and capacity utilisation.
• Participate in S&OP and IBP processes, coordinating cross‑functional planning activities and aligning operational plans with corporate objectives.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools.
