Director / Partner – Risk Advisory (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Director / Partner to lead the expansion of our Risk Advisory practice in Bahrain. You will head a diverse team, work with high‑profile regional clients and drive innovative risk‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive practice growth through market expansion, client targeting, sales pitches and achieving financial KPIs (sales, utilization, recovery, collections).
• Lead complex client engagements covering corporate governance, compliance, internal audit, financial risk management, forensics and enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Present strategic insights and reviews directly to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
• Manage a team of 10‑15 professionals, overseeing performance, career development and retention of senior staff.
• Develop new risk‑consulting service lines and internal training curricula to up‑skill the practice.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in a major professional services or commercial organization with a focus on risk consulting.
• At least 8 years in a management or leadership role with a proven record of business development and revenue generation.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business and a professional qualification (ICAEW, ACCA, CPA or Master’s); CIA or CISA are strong advantages.
• Excellent executive presence and fluent spoken and written English for Board‑level engagements.
