Electrical Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all electrical activities on construction and infrastructure sites, ensuring that work complies with project drawings, safety standards, and timelines. This hands‑on position requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day electrical works on construction sites.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors and project teams.
• Ensure installations follow project drawings and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, workforce performance and material consumption.
• Support testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain quality standards and drive timely project completion.
• Prepare regular site updates and progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in construction or MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and site operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage site activities efficiently.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight project schedules and deadlines.
• GCC experience is an advantage.
• Immediate availability preferred.
