Electrical Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Supervisor will lead and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, testing and commissioning activities on construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation and maintenance tasks on site.
• Allocate work to electricians, technicians and subcontractors and monitor performance.
• Verify that all works follow approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Review electrical drawings, layouts and technical documents before execution.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, clients and other disciplines.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for site activities.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve electrical issues during installation and commissioning.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction, maintenance or infrastructure projects.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards and safety regulations.
