Finance Manager – Corporate Finance & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities of Burjline Builders, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the role combines financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager Accounts in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, Board presentations and cost‑of‑capital reports.
• Oversee intercompany balances, reconcile transactions across group entities and manage the annual consolidated budget.
• Lead internal and external audit processes, draft audited financial statements and provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for the GCFO.
• Maintain bank facility schedules, conduct comparative analyses for renewals and prepare reports for bank meetings.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting, routine banking operations and foreign‑exchange monitoring for currency bookings.
• Gather insurance requirements, evaluate quotations and prepare documentation for management and Board approvals.
• Supervise Financial Analysts and Accountants to ensure accurate ERP entries, payroll reconciliations and timely payments.
• Deliver monthly entity financial statements by the 4th and final consolidated reporting by the 6th in compliance with IFRS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS and reporting requirements.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
