GCC Sales Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, an ultra‑luxury resort, is looking for a highly motivated GCC Sales Manager to lead revenue growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council region. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on client relationship management in a premium hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue in the GCC market.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities throughout the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
• Ensure revenue targets and cost controls are consistently met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong network of contacts within the GCC region.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
