Guest Relations Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join the Food & Beverage team at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring menus are presented flawlessly in our resort’s dining venues.

Key responsibilities

• Collect daily menus and insert them correctly into their covers.
• Inspect each menu and list to guarantee immaculate condition and appearance.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients and any unavailable items for the day.
• Assign seating while adhering to service standards and guest preferences.
• Understand server stations, daily assignments, timing patterns and maximum workload capacity.
• Maintain a station chart and cover count for the restaurant.
• Greet each guest promptly, courteously and with professional posture.
• Assist guests without reservations or those waiting for party members.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items efficiently.
• Seat reservations promptly at appropriately set tables.

Required profile

• Education from a hotel school or equivalent hospitality training.
• Experience in guest relations or food & beverage operations within a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
