Head of Treasury Operations

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead and oversee Treasury Operations. The role ensures accurate, timely, and controlled processing of all Treasury, Investment, Custody, Brokerage, Private Banking Support and related Capital Markets transactions while adhering to regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk management standards and, where applicable, Sharia principles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Treasury Operations function, covering Treasury, Investment, Custody, Brokerage and Private Banking support.
• Guarantee processing accuracy, timeliness and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Maintain a robust control environment and minimise operational risk.
• Support business growth by driving automation, operational excellence and efficient service delivery.
• Act as the primary operational partner for the Treasury Front Office, Finance, Risk, Compliance and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading Treasury or related financial operations.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, internal policy compliance and risk management standards.
• Knowledge of Sharia‑compliant transaction processing where relevant.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Front Office, Finance, Risk, Compliance and external regulators.
