About the role
We are seeking a strategic, people‑focused HR leader to drive effective people operations, strengthen workplace practices, and support a high‑performing culture. The role partners with management to develop practical solutions that align employee needs with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day HR and people operations.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR administration.
- Partner with managers and leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs.
- Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and career initiatives.
- Monitor employee engagement, workforce trends, and key HR metrics.
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and confidentiality.
- Lead training, employee development, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Review HR workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce insights, and recommendations for leadership.
- Guide HR team members, encouraging accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support organizational changes and people initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Required profile
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and people‑management practices.
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
- Comfortable working with HRIS platforms, workforce data, and reporting tools.
- Strong coaching and team‑development capabilities.
- Professional and discreet approach to confidential employee matters.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to connect HR initiatives with organizational goals and employee needs.
