HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist will lead the recruitment and placement of employees for Interlink HR Consultancy in Manama. This role involves developing job descriptions, salary plans, and pay structures, as well as scouting, processing, training, and managing talent throughout the employee lifecycle. The specialist will also monitor employee‑related services, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate talent programs and orientation activities. Collaboration with department heads and management to discuss employee needs and qualifications is a core part of the position.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment and placement of employees.
• Develop job descriptions, requirements, salary plan and pay structures for all positions.
• Scout, process, recruit, train, and manage talents and employees.
• Monitor employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
• Discuss employee needs and qualifications with department head and management.
• Ensure overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of talent programs are realized.
• Develop training programs and organize employee orientation.
• Develop, plan, and organize the activities and actions of the talent department.
