In-Room Dining Supervisor

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking an In-Room Dining Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the In-Room Dining department, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences. The role covers the department in the absence of the Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the In-Room Dining Department while the Manager is absent.
• Ensure the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for guest rooms and suites.
• Follow guests' wishes and preferences.
• Answer telephone calls with courteous, efficient etiquette and take in-room dining orders.
• Communicate special requests to the kitchen and coordinate and deliver orders according to Four Seasons standards.
• Respond to and answer guests' requests and inquiries, anticipate their needs, ascertain satisfaction and offer suggestions.
• Handle guest concerns and requests urgently and appropriately.

Required profile

• 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury hotel.
• Technical education in hospitality management or service methods is preferred.
• A detailed, guest-focused approach to delivering personal dining experiences, with strong intuition and clear communication.
