Investment Director – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process for a diversified, Dubai‑based investment firm. The role is fully remote and offers high autonomy, allowing you to combine deep market knowledge with rigorous operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due‑diligence on investment opportunities across multiple strategies and geographies, evaluating performance, risk metrics and team capabilities.
• Coordinate the full due‑diligence lifecycle, maintain trackers, and produce comprehensive investment memoranda for senior leadership.
• Conduct macroeconomic and market analysis, monitor central‑bank policy and geopolitical developments, and translate insights into actionable investment recommendations.
• Enhance research capabilities, optimize portfolio operations and support senior leadership with scenario analyses and periodic briefs.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in investment management, research, portfolio management or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative field.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and complex instruments.
• Strong written communication and project coordination skills in multi‑stakeholder environments.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and other industry‑standard investment tools.
• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as R or SQL (preferred).
