IT Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects. You will work closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to keep initiatives on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, communicating status to all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and project plans.
• Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards and requirements are met.
• Support risk and change management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.
