Junior Estimator (Fit‑out & Interior Projects)

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Junior Estimator to support its expanding fit‑out and interior contracting business in Bahrain. You will work closely with consultants, contractors, accountants and operations teams to deliver accurate financial and budget analyses for interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Receive contract enquiries, assess suitability and maintain data in line with QA procedures.
• Issue enquiries to the supply chain, select the most suitable suppliers or manufacturing locations, and negotiate best prices.
• Analyse supplier quotes, compare terms and conditions, and prepare tender analysis for internal review and client presentation.
• Install detailed cost data for contract review and monitor tender progress.
• Review specifications, drawings and bills of materials to identify risks and pricing opportunities.
• Participate in hand‑over meetings between estimating, operational and commercial teams.

Required profile

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in metal fabrication estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time‑management, organisational and communication skills.
