Junior Estimator

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Junior Estimator to support its expanding fit‑out business in Bahrain. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for interior contracting projects, working closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and assess contract enquiries, ensuring suitability and entering data according to QA procedures.
• Issue RFQs to the supply chain, select appropriate suppliers or manufacturing locations, and negotiate prices.
• Analyse supplier quotes, compare terms and calculate mark‑ups for tender submissions.
• Prepare tender analysis reports and present findings internally and to clients.
• Install detailed cost data for contract review and monitor tender progress.
• Participate in hand‑over meetings with operational and commercial teams, providing necessary project information.

Required profile

• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience in metal‑fabrication estimation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
