Key Accounts Manager – Beverages (Bahrain)

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager – Beverages will drive the growth and market presence of the company’s beverage portfolio in Bahrain. The role focuses on acquiring new high‑end hospitality clients, expanding relationships with existing accounts, and promoting premium brands across beer, cider, spirits, wine, and non‑alcoholic categories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new premium hospitality venues for the beverage portfolio.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts.
• Negotiate strategic agreements to maximize profitability and market share.
• Promote and position premium brands across all beverage categories.
• Collaborate with regional teams to support business development in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling premium alcoholic beverages and selling to high‑end hospitality venues.
• Current experience in a beverage division with a track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market.
