Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Laundry Attendant ensures that guests experience a clean and comfortable stay by maintaining the highest standards of linen and uniform cleanliness. Working within Mantis' eco‑focused resorts, you will contribute to the overall guest experience through meticulous laundry operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms.
• Inspect laundered items to guarantee they meet the resort’s quality standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Track linen and uniform inventory, assist with stock level monitoring and reordering.
• Follow health and safety regulations to keep the laundry area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless flow of clean items.
• Adopt a guest‑centric mindset, ensuring laundry services enhance guest comfort.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle laundry loads.
