Lead Generation Specialist (GCC & Middle East)

About the role

The Lead Generation Specialist will drive new business across the GCC and broader Middle East by identifying, engaging and converting prospective clients for Burjline Builders’ digital solutions and selected partner products. The role manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing while maintaining a healthy pipeline and meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and generate leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels across GCC and Middle East markets.
• Conduct outreach and qualify prospects against agreed criteria to build a consistent, high‑quality pipeline.
• Present and position the company’s digital solutions and selected third‑party products to prospective clients.
• Own opportunities end‑to‑end, from first contact through demo, negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, booked meetings and closed revenue.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all leads, contacts and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for demos, scoping and smooth hand‑off of won deals.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion rates and revenue forecast to management.
• Represent the company professionally and comply with outreach regulations in each target market.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system to track leads and pipeline activity.
