Learning & Development Manager (Remote, Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead talent development initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on designing and implementing learning frameworks that boost employee performance, support business objectives, and build future leadership pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise‑wide learning and development strategies.
• Conduct training needs analyses and workforce capability assessments.
• Design, launch, and manage learning programs, leadership academies, and professional development initiatives.
• Build competency frameworks, career pathways, and succession planning programs.
• Oversee onboarding, continuous learning, and employee development activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and business impact metrics.
• Lead leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and talent acceleration programs.
• Coordinate external training providers, consultants, and learning partners.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and employee engagement.
• Prepare workforce development reports, learning analytics, and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, organizational development, or HR.
• Proven experience designing and implementing corporate learning programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Passion for talent development and organizational growth.
