About the role
Serco is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join its Kuwait‑based team supporting multiple government customers. The role involves managing supplies, warehousing functions, and asset visibility for military operations in an austere environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inventory, package, ship, retrograde, and transport government property.
- Document receipt, storage, and shipment of equipment and systems.
- Prepare assets for DLA‑DA (DRMO) turn‑in and disposal.
- Utilize Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) and government logistics databases to track movements within the theater.
- Communicate logistical transactions using standard computer applications.
Required profile
- Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of supply/warehouse experience in government or military settings, or high school diploma with 6 years relevant experience.
- Ability to travel up to 75 % OCONUS and lift 35 lb unassisted.
- Valid U.S. passport.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using COTS logistics databases.
- Familiarity with COLTS (Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System) and DPAS (Defense Property Accountability System).
- Knowledge of IUID/RFID tagging and COSIS documentation.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Understanding of HAZMAT handling requirements.
