Logistics Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead its warehousing and supply‑chain operations in Bahrain. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end logistics, ensuring efficient movement of goods, and supporting the manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise warehouse operations, inventory control and transportation.
• Develop and implement logistics planning, demand forecasting and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers, and conduct cost analysis.
• Coordinate procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in logistics, warehousing and supply‑chain management.
• At least 4–5 years in a managerial position, preferably within a manufacturing setting (fiberglass, chemicals, plastics, steel or construction materials).
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM, CILT or CSCMP are a plus.
