Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and operationally focused logistics professional to lead our supply chain, transportation, and distribution activities. The role ensures the efficient movement of goods, supports cost‑effective performance, and collaborates with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate logistics, transportation, distribution, and overall supply chain strategies.
• Oversee inbound and outbound transportation, planning routes, schedules, and shipment requirements.
• Monitor performance metrics such as delivery timelines, shipment accuracy, service levels, and operational costs.
• Manage logistics documentation, shipping records, and operational reporting.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimise routes, freight costs, and resource utilisation.
• Coordinate inventory movement across suppliers, warehouses, distribution centres, and customers.
• Maintain relationships with transportation providers and logistics partners.
• Support procurement and supply‑chain teams with supplier coordination and delivery planning.
• Prepare logistics KPIs, cost analyses, forecasts, and management recommendations.
• Assist in the implementation and optimisation of TMS, WMS, ERP platforms, and digital logistics tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, documentation requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, service quality, and cost performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, and distribution processes.
• Proven experience coordinating with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse logistics data to improve forecasting, planning, and decision‑making.
