About the role
The Marketing Specialist – Bonded Zone will support structured lead generation and ensure accurate CRM lead management aligned with the sales pipeline. Working closely with sales and commercial teams, this role drives B2B marketing activities within the logistics and industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Support lead generation through events, referrals, and inbound channels.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate commercial activities.
- Prepare and update the company profile, service decks, and marketing materials.
- Capture leads in the CRM and hand over qualified opportunities to Sales.
- Track lead sources and contribute to marketing performance reporting.
- Support branding initiatives and customer engagement activities.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in logistics or industrial sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Ability to obtain port access clearance.
- Proven discipline in CRM usage and reporting.
Required skills
- CRM (experience with any CRM platform).
