Mason – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Mason to join the maintenance team at a leading hotel in Manama. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality masonry, repair and general upkeep of the hotel’s facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform masonry work, including bricklaying, block work and plastering, across hotel buildings and public areas.
• Carry out routine repairs and corrective maintenance to keep structures in optimal condition.
• Support the overall building maintenance programme by identifying and addressing structural issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s maintenance crew to schedule work and minimise disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on masonry experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a hotel environment and follow safety procedures.
• Practical and technical aptitude with a strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is preferred.
• Relevant experience in building maintenance is an advantage.
