About the role

Lynam Partners is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Board of Advisors on a remote basis. The advisor will leverage deep capital‑markets and fundraising expertise to guide the firm’s strategic direction and support growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Participate in regular board meetings and provide strategic input.
Offer insights on capital‑markets transactions, fundraising strategies, and deal structuring.
Collaborate closely with senior management to align advisory recommendations with operational execution.
Assist in identifying and engaging potential investors and strategic partners.

Required profile

Proven experience in fundraising and capital‑markets activities.
Established network of investors and relationships within the financial ecosystem.
Prior experience serving on an advisory board or similar governance role is a plus.
