Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Freelance)

About the role

Spieretech is looking for a Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer on a freelance basis to bring its polished front‑end to production. You will work on authentication, environment configuration, error handling, and integration of backend services to finalize the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a robust authentication system (NextAuth, Clerk, or custom JWT).
• Replace hard‑coded credentials, set up proper environment variables and CI/CD pipelines.
• Add error boundaries, security headers, and rate‑limiting mechanisms.
• Integrate the career‑simulator Python service for production use.
• Fix the News API and connect chat/mentorship features to real backend tables.

Required profile

• Daily experience with Next.js App Router (no Pages Router).
• Proven track record of shipping end‑to‑end authentication flows.
• Comfortable consuming and transforming REST/OData APIs.
• Ability to write clean vanilla CSS without relying on utility frameworks.
• Experience deploying applications on Vercel or Docker from scratch.
