Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules for a client in Bahrain. The role is onsite, full‑time, and expected to start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules (Recruiting Cloud, Learning & Development, Profile Management, Career Development, Compensation Management) from requirements gathering to go‑live.
• Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud covering candidate lifecycle, job requisitions, offer management, interview scheduling, onboarding, internal mobility, and agency management.
• Set up Oracle Learning Cloud catalogs, offerings, assignments, and learner communities, and resolve related UAT defects.
• Configure Oracle Profile Management, competency frameworks, and integration points with recruitment, performance, and career development.
• Design Career Development plans, succession planning, talent pools, and address UAT issues for goal syncing and role‑based access.
• Implement Compensation Management structures, merit/bonus plans, eligibility profiles, and troubleshoot calculation and worksheet issues.
• Migrate Talent Management pages from Classic UI to Redwood UI, including theme configuration and user adoption support.
• Manage UAT cycles, prepare test scripts, log defects, perform root‑cause analysis, and track resolutions.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management implementations.
• Proven ability to deliver full project lifecycles on time and under pressure.
• Immediate availability for a 1‑year onsite assignment in Bahrain.
